DACS Overview

Stablecoins (digital currencies pegged 1:1 to fiat) and asset tokenization are enabling a leap in enterprise value exchange. Our firm, Digital Assets and Currencies (DACS) delivers these solutions to provide trusted, scalable, real-time transactions on blockchain rails. Stablecoins offer a compelling alternative to slow bank transfers by allowing near-instant transfers at significantly lower cost with end-to-end transparency. For example, a B2B payment from India to the US that might take 3–7 days and ~$14–$150 in fees via correspondent banks can be settled near-real time  for cents  using stablecoins. On enterprise-grade networks, these digital payments occur 24/7/365 with finality in seconds, eliminating cutoff times and reducing counterparty risk.

Meanwhile, Tokenization extends these benefits beyond currency: it converts real assets into secure digital tokens, allowing instant ownership transfers and automated workflows. By reducing middlemen in processes (escrow, brokers, paperwork), tokenization lowers transaction costs and speeds up settlement for assets like documents, commodities, or certificates. Importantly, DACS’s platform builds in compliance (MAS and Ethereum standards) and cryptographic security at its core – ensuring trust in each transaction by ensuring that the smart contracts are built to compliant standards and are security audited.

The DACS platform, through leveraging Hedera and Ripple licenses and regulatory clearances can operate in most markets (US, UK, UAE, EU and Singapore). Ripple has Payments licenses in 53 countries and their reach into global banking institutions includes 100+ banks and payment providers on RippleNet. This means that stablecoins minted on our platform (client's own coin) and/or other stablecoins held in custody or transacted (such as USDC, EURC,etc) can be used to settle transactions across most of the globe.

DACS will provide the technical infrastructure, the application and key functionality using the Hedera network and Ripple to facilitate certain events in the lifecycle of the stablecoin such conversion to fiat currency in the last mile, as the recipient may only accept fiat currency payment.
