How this website handles the information you choose to share.
Information you provide
If you contact DACS, you may provide your name, work email, company, area of interest and message. We use this information to respond and discuss your request. Please do not include confidential financial records or sensitive personal information.
How enquiries are sent
When the site offers “Prepare email”, your details are placed into a draft in your email application. You choose whether to send it. When direct form submission is available, the enquiry is processed through our AWS contact service and sent to the DACS inbox.
Website services
Hosting and email providers process technical information needed to deliver the site and enquiries. Infrastructure logs may include request metadata. The current website does not use advertising trackers or an analytics integration.
Use and retention
Enquiry details are used for responding to your request and relevant follow-up. We retain correspondence for that purpose and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information.
