Yagnesh brings more than two decades of leadership experience at the intersection of financial markets, enterprise technology, and digital transformation.
Prior to founding DACS, Yagnesh held senior leadership roles at ANZ, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Instinet, where he successfully led large-scale global transformation initiatives across trading, settlements, and treasury operations. His work includes driving multi-country digital transformation programs, optimizing cost structures, and achieving operational resilience through the adoption of leading technologies such as Murex 3.1.
A recognized expert in blockchain, tokenization, stablecoins, and Web 3.0, Yagnesh has collaborated closely with regulatory authorities including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Bank of Indonesia on CBDC innovation, regulatory sandboxes, and digital currency frameworks. He is a member of the Blockchain Executive Committee of the Singapore Computer Society, helping shape digital asset policy and enterprise adoption strategies in the region.
Yagnesh is also the author of The Flow of Money 2030, a strategic exploration of how tokenization and digital currencies are redefining the architecture of global capital markets. His work reflects a forward-looking vision of finance grounded in operational pragmatism and regulatory trust.
He holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelors degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University, UK, and is a Certified SAFe® Agilist in enterprise agile transformation. Yagnesh’s leadership at DACS is marked by a commitment to enabling compliant digital value exchange, unlocking measurable cost efficiencies, and building the next generation of scalable financial market infrastructure.
